Arrival in Thimpu

Day 1

On arrival in Thimphu, check into the hotel. The capital town of Bhutan and the centre of Government, religion and commerce, Thimphu is a unique city with an unusual mixture of modern development alongside ancient traditions. Start your day with a visit to the Buddha Dordenma statue, a towering golden Buddha statue that offers breathtaking views of the city. Afterward, visit the Tashichho Dzong, a beautiful fortress that houses the offices of the king and the central monastic body. Later in the evening take a stroll through Centenary Farmers' Market, which offers a variety of local produce and handicrafts. Overnight stay at the hotel in Thimpu.

Punakha Dzong Sightseeing

Day 2

Today on second day, after breakfast, take a day trip to the Punakha Dzong, a beautiful fortress located in the Punakha Valley. Afterward, visit the Chimi Lhakhang, a temple dedicated to the Buddhist saint Drukpa Kunley. After returning to Thimphu, visit the Jungshi Handmade Paper Factory, which produces traditional Bhutanese paper using ancient techniques. Afterward, visit the Simply Bhutan Museum, which offers a glimpse into Bhutanese culture and traditions. Later in the evening enjoy a traditional Bhutanese dinner at your hotel, with a variety of local dishes.

Changangkha Lhakhang

Day 3

On third day, after breakfast at hotel, visit the Changangkha Lhakhang, a historic temple that dates back to the 12th century. The temple is an important religious site for the people of Thimphu and is believed to bless newborn children.  The temple houses several sacred artifacts and statues of Buddhist deities, including the Chenrezig statue, which is said to grant wishes to those who offer prayers to it. Later Head to the Royal Textile Academy of Bhutan, which offers a fascinating look at the country's textile traditions. Afterward, take a drive to the Sangaygang Viewpoint, which offers stunning views of the city and the surrounding mountains. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Simtokha Dzong

Day 4

After breakfast, Be ready to visit the Simtokha Dzong, the oldest fortress in Bhutan, which now houses a monastic school. Afterward, head to the National Institute for Zorig Chusum, which offers courses in traditional Bhutanese arts and crafts. Later visit the Dechen Phodrang Monastery, a beautiful temple that dates back to the 15th century. Afterward, take a hike to the Tango Monastery, a Buddhist monastery that is located in the mountains above Thimphu. In the evening visit the Bhutan Postal Museum, which offers a look at Bhutan's unique postage stamps and postal system. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Paro Sightseeing

Day 5

On the fifth Day we take a day trip to the Paro Valley, a beautiful region of Bhutan that is home to the famous Paro Taktsang (Tiger's Nest) monastery. Afterward, visit the Kyichu Lhakhang, one of the oldest temples in Bhutan. After returning to Thimphu, visit the National Library of Bhutan, which houses a vast collection of Buddhist texts and manuscripts. Afterward, take a stroll through the Coronation Park, which features beautiful gardens and sculptures. Our driver will drop you at Paro International Airport. RELAXING TRIP

This time we decided to go for a small family luxurious and relaxing trip to Orccha and Jhansi. Magic box Holidays out did themselves in this trip. My father and I are all about history and my mother was mostly concerned of eating authentic Bundelkhandi food. We told Paridhi from Magic box the reasons for visiting and what all we would like to do. She got a us a wonderful deal in Amar Mahal hotel which is most luxurious in Orccha with breakfast and dinner included. She had also made sure that we had an amazing driver throughout the trip who was very knowledgeable about the area.!
